Targeted ‘Hot Spot Teams’ – Strategic sales teams assigned to high-potential locations for a designated period of time. This is to maximize individual territory opportunities and once a particular project is completed individuals are either assigned to a new territory or a different resource altogether.
Managed Care Teams – Specialist teams of Key Account Managers focused on working within the managed care environment. Typically, Managed Care Specialists call upon key MCO customers including: PharmD’s, Medical Directors, Directors of Contracting, and other major healthcare customers working within the MCO environment.
Key/National Account Management Teams – Teams of Sales Professionals that call upon specific National Accounts and/or work specifically with top prescribers/key influencers.
