We have been managing attendance at medical conventions on behalf of our healthcare clients for over 30 years. This includes managing all aspects of our clients’ congress attendance including representing them at sponsorship meetings, managing housing, registration and transportation, exhibition booth, satellite symposia, product theater and hospitality suite management, managing specialist accommodation services, complying with appropriate regulatory guidelines, and managing requirements for all country affiliates. Through our exhibit management business, we also provide strategic input to marketing and medical affairs teams.
In the past year alone, we have managed over 24,000 attendees at 470 congress events with delegations ranging from six to 1,750 attendees.
