Insight:

This client approached us because they wanted an effective team to make medical visits and pharmacy sales, promoting their product to a larger audience.

Idea:

We began by conducting a small pilot program in Valencia, using four experienced representatives. The team started seeing good results very quickly, so the client expanded the team to 16 representatives and two area managers.

Impact:

Today, the team has 37 representatives and 3 area managers. It covers 8,500 general practitioners, 12.300 nurses and 8,070 pharmacies.

How this helped patients

By raising awareness of the client’s product among such a large number of doctors, nurses and pharmacists, we have helped to broaden the therapy options available to patients.
