Our client was preparing for a major launch in the secondary care market and needed a strong patient education program to differentiate them from the competition.



We established a program which enabled our nurses to support patients directly in their own homes. They offered support with self-administration and adherence, as well as training on the patient’s specific disease and medication.



A support network of 250 nurses was set up.
