We are currently looking to hire a Healthcare Communicator in Canada that will build relationships with dental industry partners (dentists, periodontists and dental hygienists).

Key objectives:

  • Build and manage multiple dental office relationships, business needs and training on core brands (e.g. patient education, product training, and business profitability).
  • Interact over the phone and virtually with dental industry partners (dentists, periodontists and dental hygienists) and deliver their product information messages.
  • Manage sample and literature inventories
  • Presentation of Lunch and Learn/CHE events, conference participation.

Profile:

  • 2+years’ experience in the dental arena (e.g. dental hygiene, dental assistant );
  • Education: University Degree in life sciences, business or equivalent business experience, Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial body or Dental Assistance Education Program;
  • Computer literacy; Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook;
  • Understanding of the Canadian Oral healthcare marketplace is an asset;
  • Strong patient, dental and industry knowledge;
  • Excellent presentation skills; Proven ability to communicate a message in an articulate & professional manner;
  • Preference for a dynamic & rapidly evolving work place;
  • Computer literacy; Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook;
  • English & French fluency.
