For the third year in a row, employees from across Ashfield’s global business will come together to use our geographical reach to give something back to local communities during the festive period.
Across 2016 and 2017 combined, Ashfield employees have donated a fantastic 33,939 items, so this year we have decided to increase our target. Taking place from 3-14 December, as a business we have pledged to donate 15,000 tins, cans and store-cupboard staples to local foodbanks across the world to help families as much as possible at a particularly vulnerable time of the year.

Ashfield Cares food donations so far
The Spirit of Giving campaign is ran in partnership with our global charitable initiative Ashfield Cares, which is now also in its third year of running. Ashfield Cares is made up of 25 committees across Europe, the US and Japan who organise local fundraising events and volunteer projects throughout the year. This particular campaign is designed to use the support of its employees to make a positive impact on the communities and wider society Ashfield serves.
Ashfield Cares aims to actively support both charitable and non-charitable causes, and assists organisations in addressing healthcare, community development, and educational needs through fundraising activities and the provision of time and skills.
