Agile to its core, Ashfield can pivot with ImpactReady™ to quickly recruit for any therapy or sales model, hiring as many as 100 contact center representatives in a week.

ImpactReady™ is an AI-powered CRM and applicant tracking system based on localized recruitment via LinkedIn and other web-based platforms. The system constantly refreshes the applicant pool and curates excellent matches to quickly create built-for-purpose teams in real time. The end result is a high-quality team build with 98% of roles being filled by the required start date, usually in an average 20 days, and demonstrating 90% retention rates after 12 months.

Learning and Development

ImpactReady™ is high-impact, customized training from experienced trainers for outsourced or in-house client teams enabling trainees to succeed in their roles and beyond.
