Ashfield Insight & Performance sweeps the board in the Pharmaceutical Market Excellence Awards category 'Excellence in Business Capability Development' with all three finalist entries including the winner, ImmUniversity for AstraZeneca.
Ashfield Insight & Performance, alongside sister company, Ashfield Healthcare Communications, developed the winning programme, ImmUniversity, in order to deliver biologics training across AstraZeneca’s entire European corporate population. The programme aimed to facilitate understanding of the scientific background, development and application of biologic therapy for all personnel.
The judges commented on ImmUniversity: “We thought this was a commendable example of a development programme stretching across a broad range of roles, capabilities and markets, encompassing a comprehensive range of learning style applications. The resulting outcomes had real meaning and purpose.’
Ashfield Insight & Performance also developed the other two finalists in the ‘Excellence in Business Capability Development’ category including: Building business capability for olaparib (AstraZeneca); and Marketing Training Excellence (LEO Pharma).
