On 26th March, Ashfield Nordic celebrated its 20th anniversary in central Stockholm with 60 customers from 20 companies.
The event featured a fascinating presentation from the Head of Drug Formulary in Stockholm about market access in Sweden and how it is affecting the county councils. It’s a very hot topic in Sweden at the moment which fully engaged the audience.
Following lively conversation and networking, many customers concluded that Ashfield Nordic is an experienced partner with energy and enthusiasm to explore and provide solutions in the new age of pharma and medtech.
It was an apt celebration of what has been an interesting history for the company, which started as Kinchard Consulting. It has had significant achievements and challenges over the years. The company became part of Ashfield in 2012, and since then the Nordic business has seen a steady increase in number of consultants across the region.
Today, Ashfield Nordic has more than 50 consultants in Sweden and more than 80 across the Nordics. The company is now a strategic partner with its customers offering a broad scope of CSO services that include product management, marketing services, market access and health economics. In addition, it also provides customers unique insights and services from Ashfield’s other areas of expertise, which include Clinical (nursing) and Insight & Performance (e.g. market research, commercialization strategy, sales force effectiveness).
Ashfield Nordic has been the market leader in CSO and will continue to strengthen its position in the years to come.
