Ashfield Meetings & Events (formerly known as Universal WorldEvents) is delighted to announce that it has received a two year contract extension as preferred supplier for venue finding services to Bayer in the UK.
Bayer is a global enterprise with core competencies in the fields of healthcare, nutrition and high-tech materials.
Ashfield Meetings & Events were originally appointed in March 2012 and have also been delivering engagement and live event services such as production, creative, digital and communication offerings.
The review of key metrics and performance indicators was initiated by Bayer’s procurement department. Their spokesperson said: “Following the initial appointment we have been monitoring the savings, response times, service levels and performance of the Ashfield team. They have streamlined and optimised processes to deliver significant savings to our business and provided added value through their involvement in the content and communications across our meetings calendar. As a result, this has also helped increase both the reach and message retention to our internal and external audiences. As such it seemed the sensible decision to extend the contract and we are looking forward to further developing our partnership.”
