We are delighted to announce that Create NYC, one of our healthcare creative design and advertising agencies, has been named by MM&M as one of the best small agencies to work at according to employee satisfaction.
This December marks the first time that MM&M recognizes the top organizations across the healthcare industry so we are honored that Create NYC is one of the first to receive the title.
MM&M said that Create NYC employees follow the ethos of “Teamwork makes the dream work, ” along with fantastic support, encouragement, and respect for their colleagues, according to the Create NYC staff, who say they’ve always felt like “a team working toward a common goal.”
Natalie McDonald, President and Founder of Create NYC, addresses the win for her agency. “We are thrilled to share that Create NYC has earned the award of Best Place to Work! What’s better is that this prestigious award was based entirely on direct employee feedback excluding owners and the President, making it one of the most meaningful awards ever in our history.”
The judges were particularly impressed with the company’s virtual model, which eliminates the need for an office, and at the same time stresses the need for remote ways of collaborating. Employees were unanimous in their appreciation for the flexibility the model lends to helping them grow in their career, while simultaneously being present for their family, with one employee noting “working virtually at Create NYC allows me to send my kids off to school and still make it back to my desk in time for the morning meeting.”
Create NYC has been described by many employees as a “small agency with an entrepreneurial feel.” The leadership team at Create NYC has a goal of “fostering a culture that values and recognizes people, ” which is well on its way to achieving, with perks such as a $1,000 annual wellness bonus employees can put toward anything they feel helps improve their physical or emotional well-being, as well as regular awards for outstanding client work.
