Head of Insight & Research
My role is very client focused, making sure we provide clients with insight on the impact and performance of their sales force, brand and marketing campaigns.
It’s a varied role, I could be working on an in-call quality training event for 150 sales reps, designing a detail follow-up sampling psychiatrists, or researching the entire CSO (contract sales organisation) global market!
I’m responsible for developing current and new business as well as developing existing and new services, not only in the UK but other countries as well. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working on projects with differing objectives and outcomes that can really shape the future of a brand. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of my role as I see a project through from inception to delivery and beyond. It’s extremely satisfying to work with the team and our clients to find a solution using insight, and then developing a service / project that will achieve the desired outcome.
