I joined Ashfield in January 2013 with the HR/recruitment team, where I immediately learned how fast the company grows. I recruited for various new team builds, backfills, and newly-created roles based in the field and Head Office for Clinical, Commercial, and Meetings & Events. Next, I moved into a Client Account Coordinator (CAC) role with a large field-based Clinical team working with a partner CAC. When my partner CAC moved on to another (then new) role within Ashfield as Fleet and Travel Manager, I was promoted to Senior Client Account Coordinator (SCAC) and took on additional responsibilities, including training new Clinical CACs. In the SCAC role, I assisted in launching a new Clinical program. That experience lead to the creation of the Implementation Manager position.
