My career in healthcare meetings and events began at Ashfield in February of 2012 when I took a position as a Project Executive, where I was responsible for attendee management for advisory boards and investigator meetings. Two years into my career at Ashfield, I moved into a Project Manager role supporting different client accounts. This experience allowed me to increase my knowledge of convention management and managing people, which ultimately prepared me for my current role as Account Manager. My role today includes managing and growing two client accounts, coaching my team, financial management, and sometimes taking on the role of a Project Executive or Project Manager when needed.
