Operations Manager, Pharmacovigilance
My career in pharmacovigilance began at Ashfield five years ago when I took a position as an Operations Coordinator where I was responsible for various operational support tasks. As my basic knowledge of drug safety grew, I moved into the role of Case Manager and performed full case processing.
I worked on multiple projects and over time became a lead team member, which prepared me for my current role as the team’s Operations Manager. My job is a constant learning experience with managing various clients, mentoring staff, and being involved in many departmental initiatives.
