I joined Ashfield Meetings & Events in 2006 in an entry level position and have worked my way through the ranks in the last 12 years. I have relocated twice to take on different roles across various healthcare and life science organizations at a local, regional and global level. My specialty spans from the tactical planning of clinical trials and advisory boards through to congress management, medical education programs, internal meetings and incentives. Capitalizing on the successes of my early career, I transitioned to Account Director and took on strategic and senior oversight of some of our key accounts as an organization. As an Account Director, I headed up a dedicated, outsourced client team comprising of 38 staff, managing over 130 events a year.

After progressing to my role as a Director of Creative Services 18 months ago, I now work with clients to encourage them to consider how they can maximize the full end-to-end attendee experience, leaving no touchpoint to chance, and adding value to enhance the live event journey. We look at the pivotal role of content, creative, communications and production within the live events experience and how to best support our clients in delivering the right message, in the right format, at the right time.
