Nigel joined the industry in 1984, working for Janssen-Cilag in sales and sales management roles. In 1991, Nigel joined Innovex (Quintiles) where he worked in sales operations, business development and spent five years on the UK Board playing a leading role in defining and implementing the organisation’s UK growth strategy in sales and patient support services. After leaving Innovex, Nigel built a successful resourcing company and subsequently founded UK and Irish CSOs, Pharmexx. These companies were acquired by Ashfield in 2012.
Since joining Ashfield Nigel has been Managing Director for Ashfield Belgium, Head of Europe, spent a year supporting Ashfield US as CEO and is now Regional President for Ashfield Clinical and Commercial Europe and Canada.
