Once a life science company decides its specialty drug or biologic is ready to commercialize, the hard part – ensuring that the medicine actually reaches the intended patient population – begins. This journey from clinical trial to patient’s home is an arduous one; it requires careful planning with diligent execution to ensure integration of outreach efforts by market access, sales and nurse educator teams, as well as call centers and digital outreach to a multitude of touch points.
