Account Manager

Are you experienced in managing event teams and developing client accounts?

Our Account Managers are responsible for every aspect of our events, delivering fluid logistics and impactful programmes that smash client expectations. When it comes to making us a market-leading agency, these shrewd operators are integral to our success.

A core component of this role is managing a team of Project Executives and Project Managers, motivating, coaching, coaxing and cajoling them to achieve their incredible potential through regular one-to-one appraisals, team get-togethers, training sessions and project meetings. You won’t be on your own though; our award-winning training programme has been recognised for delivering an exceptional employee experience. We continually invest in learning and development, have redesigned our induction scheme for new starters, launched a Future Focus programme to create an experienced senior team of the future and introduced SPARK THINKING sessions to encourage innovation and creativity.

Taking client expectations into account, you will constantly strive for excellence, implementing new initiatives, suggesting innovative improvements and actively looking for opportunities to polish our processes, enhance our services and strengthen internal and external relationships.

As well as a proven track record of managing operational event teams you’ll need (and you may have already sensed this) a Jedi-like sixth sense for cultivating and converting new business opportunities. You’ll need to be a strong negotiator with financial acuity, as you prepare budgets, track expenditure and report on cost-savings and added value in real-time, maximising our clients’ return on their event investment.

To be successful in this role you’ll need at least five years’ experience, preferably in an agency environment. If you haven’t yet notched up half-a-decade in the industry, you could consider applying for a Project Manager role instead.
