As an In-House Meetings & Events Manager you will lead the development and implementation of the meetings and events programmes for a key client, deliver enduring world-class education and engaging experiences with fluid logistics and impactful programming. Building strong relationships and collaborating closely with our client’s brand teams, you will constantly strive for excellence, implementing new initiatives, suggesting innovative improvements and actively looking for opportunities to polish our processes, enhance our services and strengthen internal and external relationships.
Taking responsibility for ensuring that each event is delivered to brief, budget and deadline, you will facilitate regular internal project meetings with all key stakeholders, and manage operational and administrative processes efficiently to ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies and approval requirements. You’ll need to be a strong negotiator with financial acuity, as you prepare budgets, track expenditure and report on cost-savings and added value in real-time, maximising our client’s return on their event investment.
To be successful in this role you’ll need at least five years’ experience. If you haven’t yet notched up half-a-decade in the industry, you could consider applying for a Project Manager role instead.

This role is based in two locations. You will spend two or three days a week at our client’s offices in Stockley Park and the rest of the time at our European headquarters in the picturesque market town of Ashby De La Zouch, close to Nottingham, Leicester and Derby and easily accessible from the M1.
