- E-detailing– as an E-detailer you can support existing sales teams with a multi-channel approach or can operate as a standalone operative, reaching a range of UK wide customers via telephone and/or a web portal. With proven success through sales results and activity, the E-detailing teams are a fantastic new approach, to the ever changing pharmaceutical industry and a real chance to develop a contact centre career further, with the option of full Virtual Account Management.
- As a Virtual Account Manager you would have the flexibility to offer sophisticated interactions, with key customers without the barrier of geography. Our multi-skilled individuals provide high value services, interacting via telephone or web portal with the additional flexibility to deliver face to face interactions where needed.
