Our client needed an innovative approach to delivering its patient injection training programme, which faced significant challenges due to high staff turnover. A reliance on home health agencies was creating inconsistencies and they needed a strong, supported team to provide a quality service.


We won the contract and, within just six weeks, created a 120-strong, specialised nursing team to effectively and consistently deliver the training. We achieved this by successfully transferring the existing team and more than doubling its size to offer both home visits and a contact centre.


Within the first seven months, we reduced the time patients had to wait for training by two days. The client reported that when our nurses interacted with a healthcare practitioner about training their patients, there was a 40% increase in vial sales, proving our added value. There’s now an increased demand for nursing services for patients enrolling on the therapy and the product is the only mature brand in its class showing consistent share increase. The client reports an impressive return on investment of 345%.
