Our client wanted to grow sales of its inhaler drug product.
We put together a sales team operating across 48 territories with the aim of growing sales over 12 months. We focused on driving general practitioner and nurse activity, increasing contact rates and maintaining them at a high level over the period.
The contact rates were higher than the client expected and we grew sales from £39,000 a month to £110,000 a month – almost triple growth.
