On 9 May we held the Senior and Executive Awards for employees of our UK Commercial and Clinical businesses. A number of this year’s winners attended the evening with Managing Director Colin Watson, at our Head Office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Senior and Executive Awards

Our Senior and Executive Awards scheme has been running for the last 15 years. Over this time we have recognised employees who have proven high achievement, shown consistent excellence to our customers and are seen as ambassadors for Ashfield.

The senior and executive roles are an important step forward for employees looking to develop their career. Every year, a maximum of the top performing 10% of our sales representatives and nurses are recognised. Each winner is chosen after a panel review and an accompanied field visit – every year, our winners reapply to keep their status.

Emma Carlin, organiser of the awards for the last five years, commented: “Over the last five years, we have celebrated over 450 inspirational and consistently excellent people from across our business. It’s an absolute privilege to be involved with such a fantastic programme”.

Contact centre

This year, for the first time in the history of the awards, our contact centre employees were invited to apply – we had many of these in attendance, including our recent Pf Award Winner, Neil Lawton.

Colin Watson, Managing Director of the UK commercial and clinical businesses, commented: “Our Senior and Executive Awards provide an opportunity for our employees who are excelling to meet other exceptional people across our business – and share the recognition they deserve.
