The theme of this year’s Patient Summit Europe ‘The Medicine is Just the Beginning: use patient insight to deliver holistic health impact – and a streamlined business plan’ is set to stimulate lots of interesting conversation and debate around how departments need to realign themselves and their goals in a way that resonates with patients, and importantly - how to do it.
