A number of staff from Ashfield Meetings & Events will be speaking at The Meetings Show, which takes place 14-16 June at Olympia in London.
Andrew Winterburn (Global Business Director) and Lee-Anne Penn (Client Partnership Director) will discuss the changing face of medical education in one of the keynote sessions in the healthcare educational stream. This will take place on Wednesday 15 June at 10:50 in Conference Room 3. The session will use the insights from Ashfield’s recent survey that investigated physician behaviours and preferences in relation to attending scientific meetings. Andrew and Lee-Anne will look at the impact that multichannel communications, regulatory changes and evolving healthcare profiles could have on the live and virtual events environments.
Andrew Winterburn will also be a part of a panel session – Marketing To Maximise Your Audience Attendance – which takes place on Wednesday 15 June at 14:50 in Conference Room 3.
Louise Goalen (Business Director, Venue Finding) will join two panel sessions during the event. The first session – Negotiating With Venues: How To Get The Best Deal – will be facilitated by Jacqui Kavanagh, who previously led HBAA. The session will take place on Wednesday 15 June at 10:50 and will give an insight into how to obtain a win/win situation for yourself and your client in the ever-changing economic climate.
Louise’s second panel session – How Can Value Be Added To Your Venue Finding Experience? – will also be hosted by Jacqui Kavanagh. The discussion will include venues and buyers and will look at ways to overcome sourcing challenges.
