Ashfield Meetings & Events won bronze in the 'Best Event App' category at the Event Technology Awards which took place on 3 November at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
Alongside event technology provider SpotMe, the agency developed an internal congress support app for a key client to support staff attendance at large healthcare congresses. The app was used to help staff navigate around the venues and exhibitions, view event agendas and access key information relevant to their on-site activities and objectives. It also provided a platform to communicate with colleagues and Ashfield staff. The app was deemed a huge success by the client and will now be implemented across all of their major healthcare events.
