Ashfield Meetings & Events has won the 'Global Agency Of The Year' award at the C&IT Excellence Awards 2015. The awards evening took place at London Hilton on Park Lane on 25 September.

The award is given to the agency that has had a standout year. Ashfield Meetings & Events had a particularly busy year in 2014, managing more than 1,850 events in 56 countries. The agency was also named the most profitable agency in C&IT’s most recent ‘State Of The Industry’ report.

2014 saw a new office open in San Bruno, California as a result of new business wins and a new headquarters open for the UK business as a result of an increased employee headcount.

In October the agency launched SPARK THINKING, a complimentary brand designed to increase the effectives of live events and communication strategies.

The judges commended Ashfield for its initiatives to encourage staff development and its commitment to creativity.
