The Investors in People standard is based on 20 years of leading practice. The standard sets out a clear structure and benchmark for improvement, to help every team be the very best they can be. The 10 indicators including empowerment, continuous improvement and leadership.

Ashfield has been recognised as an Investors in People Company since 2003. For the first time, this years’ assessment included other companies across the division: Ashfield Meetings & Events, Ashfield Insight & Performance and MASTA.

The assessors conducted over 90 interviews with senior leaders and a selection of chosen staff across the businesses, visiting our offices in Ashby and Leeds.

We are delighted to announce that we once again successfully met the standard.

It was especially heartening to know that the MD’s dinners continue to play a constructive role in engaging people throughout the business; this is much appreciated by employees”
