Ashfield is delighted to announce they have been shortlisted for five EVCOM Live awards. The ceremony will be held on Friday 18 November at the exclusive pop-up venue Supernova, located beneath The Savoy in Embankment Gardens, London.
The EVCOM Live Awards are one of the most respected marks of excellence in the live and experiential industry. The reputation of the awards is built both on the high quality of submissions and the rigorous, independent and transparent judging process, which includes leading clients and industry professionals.
The first project was a collaborative solution that connected the services of Ashfield Meetings & Events and Ashfield Healthcare Communications to deliver the HIV Experience Exchange (HIVee) on behalf of our client, Janssen. The work has been shortlisted for three awards, including the Collaborative Event, Conference Overseas and Pharma/Healthcare/Cosmetics Event categories. The event brought together 200 HIV specialists from Europe, South America and Asia, empowering delegates to build a network with their peers, enhance their learning experience and ultimately improve global patient care.
The second project, Kollider, was a hackathon-style event developed by Ashfield Digital & Creative that has been shortlisted for the Internal Engagement award. The main objective was to combine the skill sets within our business that are not often married together, in an intense period of collaboration, to bring new approaches, new insights and new solutions that – ultimately – help patients. The final project – Leeds Beckett University’s 2016 graduation ceremonies – was delivered by SPARK THINKING (an Ashfield Meetings & Events brand) and has been shortlisted for Best Public Event. The series of 12 ceremonies was held over four days with over 15,000 attendees celebrating the academic achievements of the graduates. SPARK THINKING was contracted as a full service event provider and supported the programme with engaging production solutions, creativity and audience engagement techniques. You can read more here.
