Natalie McDonald, President and Founder of Create NYC, an Ashfield company, part of UDG Healthcare plc.
Natalie has recently been named as a ‘Disrupter’ in the PM360 Elite 2019 Awards. Natalie founded her agency Create NYC back in 2009 as she was eager to reinvent the industry norm and create a unique agency model to deliver quality advertising. With this entrepreneurial flare, Natalie developed a “new way of working within the advertising industry based on her past experiences. Our process, our staffing, our fee structure—everything was examined and relaunched to be more efficient for our clients.” Says Lauren Wetmore, SVP, Director of Client Services, Create NYC.
Natalie has since gained award recognition with Create NYC appearing the MM&M Top 100 Healthcare Agencies in 2017 and 2018, Women’s President Organization Winner of the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies in 2017. Other awards being PharmaVoice 100 Winner 2017, PM360 Trailblazer awards 2017 and more recently MM&M Best Places to Work 2018 based on employee satisfaction.
As well as winning several awards, Natalie has also influenced the industry over the years for the better, such as her recent appearance alongside Pfizer and the Women’s President’s Organization for a Female Founders discussion with Pfizer and Enterprising WBEs (Women’s Business Enterprises). With all this under Natalie’s belt, it is no surprise that she has been named ‘Disrupter’ by PM360 Elite Awards as the Agency Reinventor!
