Two key members of the Ashfield Meetings & Events US team will speak at the 10th Annual Pharmaceutical Meeting Management Forum in Orlando in March.
At 16:15 on Monday 24 March, Gavin Houston (CEO Americas) will be part of the panel discussion – Rally Your Counterparts To Work Together On Sunshine Requirements. During this discussion the panel will identify ways to partner with other internal departments and third parties on challenges related to reporting and data collection, improving cross-functional communication and tracking the value and ROI of meetings.
At 16:00 on Tuesday 25 March, Katie Koziol (Account Director) is leading a session called The Ins And Outs Of Congress Planning Around The Globe. The session will cover the reporting requirements and associated compliance challenges for managing exhibits or events that support large conventions and trade shows – identifying the regulations and costs associated with planning congresses abroad. It will highlight geographical considerations, differences in working with domestic and international associations, responsibilities for managing tradeshow teams, internal resources required for convention floor management and booth selection strategies.
Finally, Gavin Houston – who also serves as an advisory board member for this meeting – will participate in a Family Feud-style summary panel on Wednesday 26 March at 11:30. In this gameshow-themed discussion attendees will be quizzed on what they have learned over the past few days and what information they have retained to take home with them and use.
