Dan Walker (Business Director, Engagement) and Luke Flett (Global Head Of Marketing) will be speaking at a number of events in Leeds this March.
Dan will be participating in a panel discussion at Leeds Beckett University on 23 March to support the Creative Event Design module of the BA (Hons) Events Management course. Approximately 250 students will attend the session to find out how the design of events is evolving within the industry.
Dan will also join a panel discussion at the MPI Business Breakfast taking place on 24 March at The Leeds Club. Dan will participate alongside Jane Baker (FreemanXP), Dr Eliza Hixson (Leeds Beckett University), Richard Parker (Zibrant) and Rich Pleeth (GetTaxi).
The MPI Business Breakfast will also include agency perspectives on client demands from Leigh Jagger (Banks Sadler) and current and emerging trends in the UK from Tony Rogers (Tony Rogers Conference & Event Services). The event will also showcase the latest MPI report on the economic outlook of the industry presented by Miguel Neves (President, MPI UK & Ireland). Luke will be presenting a session at the Conference & Hospitality Show, taking place at the Centenary Pavilion, Elland Road on 24 March. Luke’s session – Positive Disruption To Engage Event Stakeholders – will explore new ways to communicate with audiences through disruptive thinking. The session will be held on the Events Management Stage at 11:30.
