Ashfield Digital & Creative, part of UDG Healthcare, is pleased to announce that James Higgins will be leading technology innovation in his new role as Head of Technology. Leading our technology offering, James will bring a great amount of experience from his time at e3creative and Event Pad where he helped pharmaceutical and consumer clients such as Fresenius Kabi, AstraZeneca, O2 and PlayStation.

James will oversee a core in-house team of technologists, and completes our new agency senior leadership team. The team ensures that we deliver high quality, meaningful digital experiences, and drive growth through the exploration and development of innovative new platforms. Speaking about his appointment, James said: “I’m really excited to join ADC at a great point during its growth and I aim to drive digital growth and drive innovation within the agency. I’m looking forward to working closely with all departments and disciplines to create unified, wholesome and amazing outputs, pushing the conventions of digital within the healthcare communications space.”
