When I joined Ashfield in 2011 I could never have predicted the route my career would have taken or the diversity in the roles I’ve had the opportunity to do.
I joined Ashfield Meetings & Events as a Project Executive with my main responsibility being delegate management. I was promoted to Project Manager where my responsibilities were to manage the logistics, team and finances of each event to ensure clients’ objectives were met. Events ranged from small ad-boards for 10 people to supporting attendance at congresses by over 1,000 healthcare professionals. The opportunity to travel worldwide was vast; from working regularly within European destinations to places such as Chicago and Buenos Aires.
