After graduating with a degree in Event Management, I joined the company in 2011 as a Project Executive. From the get-go, I’ve worked tirelessly to create innovative and memorable events for my clients. As a result, I was promoted to a Project Manager, recognised as a ‘rising star’, and then promoted to Account Manager before my current role as an Account Director.
I’m responsible for the operational delivery from a team of over 20 people that work with 15 clients. One of my main focuses is developing my team’s skills and encouraging collaborative behaviours and creative thinking.
Ashfield Meetings & Events and its sister brand SPARK THINKING has allowed me work for a range of clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, retail, media and banking sectors all over the world. What I love the most is that no matter the industry or country the event will be delivered in, our strategic approach is the same; to be imaginative, immersive and emotive.
