I joined the company in 2005 as a project executive. Since then I’ve been promoted to Project Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and most recently Account Director.
I’ve got four Account Managers who report to me, who in turn manage 20 people between them. One of my key responsibilities is staff management, development and motivation. I invest a great deal of my time in ensuring that the 180-plus events we organise a year exceed client expectations. Planning is essential: so I’m always looking at ways to enhance our service offering, secure client relationships and build for the future.
