Business Support Manager, Contact Centre
I started my career with Ashfield in 2008 in one of the syndicated sales teams, and worked in various different roles out in the field. In 2014, I joined the Training Department at head office, working with various clients to deliver their product training to an extremely high standard.
In 2016, I started a new role as Business Support Manager, taking over the day-to-day management in the Commercial Contact Centre. No one day is the same and working in such a fast-paced department is amazing, there is always a buzz!
