Ashfield Healthcare Communications, a leading global healthcare communications agency, today welcomes its third intake of aspiring medical writers into its accelerated medical writing training programme, Allegro.
Following on from the success of the first two intakes, 15 more employees joined the business today as Associate Medical Writers and will now begin their 12-month development programme, comprising an 8-week training phase and two 5-month agencies rotations. At the end of the programme, these recruits will join one of Ashfield’s agency teams in the UK as a Medical Writer.
Neil Marmont, Allegro’s Programme Director, said: “We now have a core group of Allegro Associate Medical Writers contributing to the business in their agency rotations and we are delighted to have 15 more talented people join us today. We have enhanced the training phase based on the learnings from previous intakes, with the initial 8 weeks now providing an even better foundation for a career in healthcare communications.”
The Allegro programme has been designed to ensure Ashfield Healthcare Communications continues to recruit the best talent available and provides the training they need to develop their skills and career.
