The Festival Of Marketing this month was two jam-packed days of presentations and discussion. It isn’t healthcare specific but it is a fantastic source of new ideas and where they're working.

The Ashfield marketing team headed off to the Festival with a plan to divide and conquer. Between us we covered sessions on Customer Experience, Content, Personalisation, Digital Transformation and Multichannel.  There were a number of presentations which stood out for us, including:
