It’s been another amazing year for The Academy here at Ashfield Healthcare Communications. During 2017/2018 we’ve offered more places, more courses and more training than ever before!
Whilst 70% of learning is acquired in role, The Academy programme offers a series of classroom and Webex training, on-line learning and coaching programmes designed to support our employees’ personal development. So whether it’s how to write for a lay audience, creating better slides: visualising data or how to become a “Trusted Advisor” to your clients we’ve got something for you.
“Since re-launching The Academy 3½ years ago, it’s been an amazing journey which I feel privileged to have lead. We’ve grown our in-house offering to over 44 different courses, offering 1,522 training places this year alone, representing an investment of over 7,306 training hours by the business helping our people to be the best they can be!” said Nicki Davison, Training Manager, Ashfield Healthcare Communications.

Our size and scale means we’re able to make the most of both our external partners and our in-house experts. Most courses are run on demand so we can be sure we’re delivering “just in time” training to the right people.”
